Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are shipped out in 1-2 days if a product is in stock.
  • If a product is not in stock, please contact us to confirm the manufacturing and delivery time (usually 2-3 weeks).

All orders are shipped via courier with different companies depending on the delivery destiantion (DHL / DPD / Fan Courier / UPS / FedEx / GLS). Please contact us to confirm if we can deliver to your location.

 

Returning a product

  • All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, ONLY if they have not been used, if they don't have any marks, scratches, modifications or any difference from the original state of the product.
  • After receiving the return our team will check its condition and get in touch with you.

In the case of a return or a refused or cancelled order, the shipping cost is not refunded and the return shipping is paid by the customer. In the case of a refund, a 50€ transaction fee is retained from the initial amount paid by the customer.

 

Our products are not homologated for street use and are only designed for off-road applications. Using them on public roads is strictly done at your own risk. Zerra Performance and its parent company Flowline SRL are not responsible for any law violations derived from using the products on public roads.
