The ZERRA ATC Full Valved Exhaust System was created to give the BMW S58 engine the deep, clean and distinctive soundtrack it deserves.

Rather than simply increasing volume, the system uses our proprietary Acoustic T-Chamber (ATC) architecture to shape the exhaust note and control the frequencies responsible for the metallic rasp and unwanted resonance commonly associated with the S58.

The result is a richer, more defined exhaust character: refined when cruising and intensely aggressive under load.

At the rear, our signature full-CNC-machined exhaust tips give the system an unmistakable visual identity. Every detail has been designed specifically for the G8X platform, combining acoustic engineering, precision manufacturing and the distinctive ZERRA design language.

Acoustic T-Chamber

At the heart of the system is the ZERRA ATC muffler, an acoustic architecture developed to achieve more than conventional straight-through mufflers.

The internal geometry is engineered to control undesirable sound frequencies while preserving exhaust flow and the natural character of the S58 engine. This allows the system to produce depth and definition without relying solely on excessive volume.

Signature full-CNC tips

The exhaust is completed by four tips machined entirely from solid material. Unlike conventional tips assembled from thin tubing and generic carbon sleeves, the ZERRA tips are designed as structural visual components.

Their precise surfaces, three-dimensional geometry and substantial construction create a rear-end appearance that is immediately recognisable as ZERRA.

ASR Component 89 mm exhaust valve

Sound control is managed by a premium exhaust valve supplied by ASR Component. Its large internal diameter supports unrestricted exhaust flow in the open position while allowing the system to maintain a more restrained character when closed.

This gives the driver two clearly differentiated personalities:

• Valve closed: deeper, controlled and suitable for relaxed driving

• Valve open: unrestricted, powerful and engaging sound

Handcrafted by ZERRA Performance

Every system is manufactured and TIG-welded at ZERRA Performance in Romania. Each assembly is carefully inspected for fitment, alignment and finish before receiving its individual identification plate.

This is not a mass-produced replacement exhaust. It is a limited-production acoustic and visual upgrade created for owners who want their M3 to sound and look genuinely different.
